You make have to create batch files to open the other db's with the command
line of the msaccess.exe
What different version of access are you running, because you can get
2000/xp to work in Access 2003 without modification, with some modifications
to some registry keys with regard to jet versions you can get Access 97 to
run within other versions, you would not be able to modify forms etc of the
Access 97, but updating of data, running queries etc no problem.

So in summary have you got any access 97 databases?
