Try this advice:
Just do the following
Click the Properties button on the toolbar to switch it off
Click the Properties button on the toolbar to switch it on
Press Alt-Spacebar on the key board
Hit the Enter key
Use the keyboard cursor keys to move the window until the drag outline
is visible
Hit the Enter key.
