lost my 25 key code for my upgrade of Microsoft Outlook

Can anyone help I got this pocket Pc which has to be synchronised to my Pc
but the software has to upgrade my Microsoft Outlook for it to communicate
with my PC but it is asking for a authenticity key code which I have`nt got
any way round this.
