Repost: Email confirmation box/message

Hello,
I need to send e-mails once a certain entry is made in the database to notify the next in line that action is required from them.
Anyways... my problem is that outlook open angoes to send the message but I have to confirm that I want the message sent like 4 different times. Is there a way to bypas this (in VBA or do I really have to look into third party software ... etc.)?
