Frequent Front End Issues

Hi all

I have a split Access 2000 database with maximum 10 concurrent users.
Back end is on Windows2003 server.
Front end is on Windows XP SP2 clients.
I have one user who regularly reports issues with incorrect records being
displayed.
The only way to rectify this seems to be to replace the front end each time
it happens.

Any pointers on why this might occur? Could it be a dodgy network
connection somewhere?
This user has had two PCs and it has happened with both, so unlikely to be a
local hardware issue.

TIA

Phil
