MS access 2007 creates a copy when I close it
I have a database which is located on my server in a shared company folder.
When one of my end users opens the database and then closes it, I
automatically have a copy of the database with a new name. The first time he
opens it, it names itself database, the 2nd time he opens and then closes it,
it makes another copy is is called database1, and this continues this way all
day. By the end of the day I might have 10 or more copies of the database.
This only happens with the one user. Can anyone help me with this please....
