I don't think you will find any that will meet all sets of needs for an
"ALUMNI" database. The needs vary from the ALUMNI of Mrs. Smith's
kindergarden, West Whereever High School, East Somewhere junior college, to
Mega University. Each of these have very different data needs for the
database. First and formost you need to decide what data is of interest,
how it is related, and how you plan to use it. Even just the basics can
quickly become mind-numbing. Example Addresses (does each person have one
and only one address?? depends). Do you need only one telephone number, or
home, office, cell, fax etc. Does each individal have only one graduation
date or for example for an university several (bs, ms, phD).
You have asked a question if unanswerable dimensions: Something like:
Does anyone make a home with all the rooms, amenities, etc I need?
The answer could range from a single wide to a Palace --- It depends!
