This newsgroup is about Microsoft Access database software. If you are
looking for a "blank document form with just a letterhead" for Microsoft
Access, please clarify. If not, you might want to ask in a newsgroup for the
software for which you want it.

For other good suggestions on effective use of newsgroups, see the FAQ at
http://www.mvps.org/access/netiquette.htm. It will, among other things, tell
you that posting in all caps is considered SHOUTING, and irritates many
newsgroup users (perhaps eliminating some potential responders). It will
also suggest that, because different newsreaders truncate the subject at
different lengths, it is a good idea to always post your question in the
body of the post, not just the Subject.
