Try explaining your question in a little more detail (as well as spell
checking). What are you trying to accomplish and what are the conditions
when it is not working?
Are you working from the database window, from a form in design mode, or
what? I'm not sure what you mean by "not getting to tables". The only
Shift-Enter action that I'm familiar with is the "save record" command of
the Record menu, when a form/report is the /active window. No reason, that
converting from ver 2000 to 2003 should change any of the standard menu
functions.
As you probably know, Access doesn't really need an explicit "save" command,
as records are saved anytime you move off the form or close it.
