John thanks for your reply and for being blunt.

The reason I wanted this on the server was becuase I travel. I wrote an app
in A97 that is setting on a NT server in Omaha and another that was written
in A2K that is setting on a Win2K server in Nevada.

The two companies have merged and I need to incorporate some of the
functionality that is in the 97 version and other functionality that is in
the A2K ver into 1 application in Access 2003.

I was told that having 3 versions on 1 machine was not a problem as long as
I started installing with the earliest version 1st. Since I am just builing
this SBS I thought it might be the ideal place to do this since all my other
boxes have access 2 k on them.

I guess I could wait until I'm back in Omaha next month and put the A2K
version on the NT box. That box will be closed down once the applications
are combined and working.

I could probably do this on my notebook (so I would have it at both
locations) but I have Winxp Pro and Office 2003 Pro on that system and worry
about reactivation

Any suggestions on how I can accomplish this with besides uninstalling Win2k
from a workstation, installing Access 97 on that workstation, and then
reinstalling Access 2K?

Again Thanks
