Access 2000 Runtime Version

I develop software for schools using a runtime version of Access 2000 to
distribute the software. One of my schools has installed something called "N
Computing" in their computer lab. This is a system that allows 6 monitors to
run off one PC. It allows them to handle 30 students in the lab with only 5
PCs.
The problem I'm having is that even if I load my software with 6 different
names, when I go to run more than one of applications, I get the error
message "Could not use application; file already in use". Does anyone know
if the runtime version of Access 2000 can only be used for one application on
a particular PC? That's the only explanation I can think of.
Any help would be appreciated
