How about opening a text file or Word file from Access? Take a look at:
http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0018.htm
which will start any app from Access.

Hi,
I want to be able to have a user click a button and read about the
features
in the database. Is it possible to load a text file or other document type
into Access and be able to display the contents in Access?
