You might want to ask this in a Word newsgroup which would be more
appropriate to your problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft
Access database product. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may

Hi,

I'm using a MS Word 2003 to create a form with checkboxes.
The question is...how can I find in this document what checkboxes have
been
checked (with the find feature)?

And how to find text inserted in text fields, since when I protect a form,
all these options of finding are disabled?

Is there a way with a macro in vba where I can save all the words I want
when the user checks the box and then turn it searchable some way?

I really hope someone can help me
