problem using sql server

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hello there

I have access 2003 application bound to sql server 2005.

almost every 3 times i open the access it brings me an error:
the source safe code control project contains more then one database name
file. In order to avoid conflicts, you should run SourceSafe and remove
extra file(s)

in this case the only solution is do delete the mdb and the source safe
directory and recreate the source safe again.

Whay this thing can happen?
