Relinking Tables in ADP

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I've found many script examples of how to use the API to relink backend
access tables, but does anyone have any links or ideas on how to test/relink
the sql connection or tables for an ADP project file?

I have 5 sql tables attached or linked within my ADP file and when the
connection has changed, Access hits each table and displays the warning
which takes several minutes.
