The security model has not changed: the SecFAQ2K document is still
perfectly valid.

You'll need to remove the user named Admin from the Admins group,
leaving the user in the Users group, and strip the Users group of all
privileges. Read the FAQ... CAREFULLY. Then wait until you've had a
good night's sleep and read it *again*. Your questions are all
explained there.
