I messed up big time

Okay I screwed up big time. I was trying to set up user accounts / groups /
etc. so I could restrict my users, and somehow I did not set the admin
password. Now I can only log onto the database as a user.

I need to know how to undo this.....

Now pick yourself up off the floor and tell me I'm not up the creek without
a paddle.
