Link to the map PDF file...now you could use the address to link through
google or some other system but I have found that the distance/location can
sometimes be way off. I'm a scanner hobbiest and follow dispatches. Only
way to do it an be accurate is to pay for the service or link a pdf of a
confirmed address (verify in person, walk, touch see and check) to the
record. Save the pdf file and link it to the record. Search for linking
pictures to Access and instead of pictures (jpg) use PDF files. Works the
same and will allow you to make sure the locations are right. I would not
have the map on the form, better to pop it up in it's own window. Forms can
distort pictures and pdf files.

A few years ago I setup a database for running cards (directions) for our
fire district. We now want to add maps to the cards. We have the maps in
a
pdf format. Some maps will apply to more than one record. What is the
best
way for me to add the maps to the form. When they open the form and get
the
record they want, I want the map to be shown on the form.
Thanks.
