Turn off format menu in Leban's Rich Text Control?

Greetings,

Anyone know if it is possible to turn off the "right-click" format
menu in the Leban's Rich Text Control? If there is no property to do
this, does anyone have any idea if there is a work-around for this? I
don't want my users having access to this formatting.
