I don't have an anawer. I am using version 2007 which allows a margin of

The image is 1.175" (h and w) for both old and new clipart/logo. The page
header is 1.175" for both old and new, as stated in my previous email.
I just need to know what I can do so that I am able to ADJUST the BOTTOM
margin...something must be too big that it won't let me change it to .3"
since it automatically changes back to .5".
This is almost certainly a limit *of your printer driver*, not of Access. Some
printers just mechanically cannot print from edge to edge of the paper, and
the printer driver software (and therefore Access) obey the printer
restrictions.
Can you try a different printer, or reinstall the driver?
