That all sounds good, however I am new to ACCESS and have no idea
of how to do what you suggest or how that would work. I had a
tuff time just creating the Security_Log form. I'm sorry for
being such a newbe.

Time to get your feet wet. Use the wizard to build a columnar report,
choose a few fields that will let users find things that might pique
their interest.

Once you get something to work with, write back.
