Hi
Well without seeing the database there is not much else I can suggest as it
could be a million things. The only option I can think of is for you to zip
the DB and mail it to me (you MUST remove any financial and sensative
information 1st).
Send it to

Reply to this post in this forum when you have done this and I will check

I brought up the data in the Forms View and looked at each and every item.
within Properties. I changed each item, one at a time, to see if it allowed
me to view the entire contents. Nothing worked. Any other suggestions? Thank
you.

Is the pop-up set to Yes (if it is change it)
Is the border style set to = Sizable (if not change it)
etc
etc
I would go through the format of the form to see if there is anything there
first. The simplest answer are normally correct.
If this does not work can you post the format of the form and also any On
Open - On Load - On Current - etc, codes

One of our users created a Access Database in Access 2003. When she is in the
Design View, she can see an entire screen of her entries; she can then scroll
down to see additional data. However, when she is in Forms View, she can only
see the first 7 entries; she has to scroll down to see additional data.
Apparently she pressed some keys on the keyboard that she shouldn't have;
worked fine until a few days ago. Again, it looks fine in the Design View,
but not in the Forms View. I've looked at lots of settings and cannot see
what needs to be changed. I've looked in the forums and don't see anything;
I've looked at KB articles and didn't see anything. This is really important
so any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
