Switchboard and Form's Combo Box Problem

Hi, I hope you can help with a reoccurring problem I keep having with
Access 2002. I have a form with a Combo Box based on a table, which
fills in fields on the form. The Combo Box works great if i select the
form from "Forms" on the database, but if I select the form from the
Switchboard, the Combo Box will not fill in the fields on the form.
Do you have any idea what I am missing?
