Hi Jim,
it is best to save your images as JPG files and then use a 255 char text field in your table to store the path and name of the JPG file
storing OLE objects will bloat your db very quickly

I am using Access 2003 and my form has only a few fields, but one is a "bound object frame" that I paste a screen shot into from the clipboard (ctrl-V) of an image captured using the print screen key. To scroll to the next record takes approximately 15 seconds. I'm guessing that it is because of the graphic. Do I need to use a different type of control or maybe a different screen capture at a lower resolution, or a different graphic type, or ??? The control is linked to a field in my table and the OLE type allowed is set to embedded..
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Jim
