They are outside a "frame"? is so, try from the menu: View | Tab Order...

When moving the cursor with the key arrows it jumps forth and back (in a
non
logical way) between the available options in the Option Group .

Here is an example and the steps the cursor moves when pressing the right
arrow key:
Option38 - value=1 (step 1)
Option40 - value=2 (step 2)
Option42 - value=3 (step 4)
Option44 - value=4 (step 3)

Looking at the properties I can not see any differences between the
options
except name and value.
