Hyperlink Subaddress

I have a hyperlink on a command button on a form that opens a server with
folders that have the same number as a field on the form. Is there a way to
open the folder (with as sub address or even event procedure code) based on
the number in the field when clicking the command button? Help would be
greatly appreciated!!
