Command Wizard Not Working

Hello,

I have created a database and tried to go in and add a new form.
Suddenly the command button wizard won't open when I add a button to my
form. I was getting this error of module not found. So I realized it
was looking for an old form that I had. I imported my tables, forms,
queries, reports, and macros into a new database to start over. I tried
to make a form and received the same problem. My command button wizard
won't open when I add a button to the form.

Anyone know what is going on here and what I can do about this?
