How do I get a Access Form to work in excell, but transfer data to Acess?

I built a workbook in Excell, But I would like to build our customer
base in Access. The problem is I have a *** in excell for collecting
data on customers, Can I merge a Form into that *** or does it have to
be totally seperate.
