Cannot Add Pictures Anymore - WHY ?

I have two fileds in my database for pictures - both are OLE. I can see the
old pictures I have added, but anything I try to add now will not work.

I am trying to add "london.jpg" and it shows up as an icon showing
"london.jpg" name, but no picture.

I have not changed anything.

I have Access 2003, but my database is saved as Access 2000.

Any suggestions?
