Udate Lookup

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have created a list in a lookup. When I try to update these in the table it
works but the forms that I have created do not see the update. So the
dropdown in my form only shows the old list and not the new one that is in
the table.

Please tell we there is a way to refresh the data. I don’t want to go and
redesign all my forms each time there is a change in the list.
