Fill out multiple data in a form automatically

Hi dear community,
I have a form called "EVENT REGISTRATION", where I can
register all the people who will come to our activities, in
it there is a row with a combobox cell where I can select
who will attend, and everytime I select a person a new row
appear for a new attendee, I do this till all the people I
have in a table call "CLIENTS" is in the list. My situation
is that I have to register each attendee and the bigger the
table is, the longer it is to fill out the information.
What I want is to add a button to the form, so that when it
is toggled all the people from the table "CLIENTS" appear.
