The Access form and the Outlook form are different objects, so can't be
copied or converted from one application to the other. Text boxes or combo
boxes in an Outlook form may be able to link to data in tables in an Access
database, but you'd be better off asking this question in the Outlook
newsgroup on whether this is possible and how to do it.
