Loading Forms Crashes Access 2000 in Win98 Computer

When I try to load up a form, either to use it or to modify it, Access
crashes almost every time. The form is based on some queries which
themselves do work fine. This is happening on different computers with
either 256 or 512 mg of ram. I have had Access repair the file but that
doesn't seem to help. What might be causing this and what should I do?
