I've created a couple of forms using main form, copying and pasting using new
form name, going in and deleting the existing subform and then creating a new
subform. One of these forms will print as a single page (use the mainform as
the header, and the subform as the detail). The other form/subform (created
the same way) will print on 2 different pages.
