Disable Mouse Scroll Down

Hi,
  For my Access 2000 application, on the data input
screen, I put a New record button, so when the user click
the button, they can go to the next record with their user
name, and system time.
  I was able to disable the Page down key, but how to
disable the Mouse Scroll down key, it still can go to the
next record?
