Thanks Jeff - I obviously mis-remembered about ME. It looks like it is on NT
and its successors, Windows 2000 and XP, that recording won't work.

The spammers and script-kiddies have succeeded in making it impossible for
me to use a real e-mail address in public newsgroups. E-mail replies to
