Press Return in ComboBox Messed up Subform Record

I have a combobox in my main form for selecting an
employee. Then I have a subform to display all of that
employee's degrees. After I selected the name in the
combobox, if I press the Return key, the subform will not
go the correct record. But if I click the name, the
subform works fine.

Any one knows how to solve this problem? Thanks!
