Hi Donna
This is quite simple to do. You will need to create a second table with two
fields, one to link back to your main table and one field to enter the info
into. With this table, create a form. Then place this form onto your main
form ( it now becomes a subform) and link the Master / Child fields.
And of course if you get stuck, send me a n email and I'll make a sample
database for you.
Best regards
