EMAIL A FORM

I tried following the directions given in the Access help
menu, but it didn't work. And trying to email a record from
a form didn't work no matter what. If you want to send a
record from a form you will need to select the record from
either the original table or query that the form is based on.

What I did was select the record I wanted to send, then I
used the copy command (Edit>Copy / Ctrl+c) and then pasted
it into my email message (Edit>Paste / Ctrl+v). This gave
me not only the record, but also the field names and the
table name as well. When you have completed pasting your
selected record into the email message you can send it.
