FileDateTime function error

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I found the syntax below from a 2006 post but I'm getting an Undefined
Function error when I try to use it in Access 2007. Can someone tell me what
reference I'm missing? I don't see anything marked "missing" in my
references. Thanks!

The function FileDateTime() will return when the file was created or last
modified.

Syntax : FileDateTime("File Path")
