Hey, Access is not Excel! Tables and queries in data*** view may visually resemble worksheets, but that's where the similarities end. You store raw data only in tables, and use queries or reports to filter / aggregate data. Looks like you need to understand the various object types in Access a little better, before you go any further with your project.
