Thanks Jerry for your great advice. I had to go back several backups but I
did find one that worked. Thank goodness that I had numerous backups. Now I
just have to figure out what data I am missing and re-enter it. I would love
to know what caused this corruption so it won't happen again. Is the
corruption something internal or is it caused from the internet?

Sounds like a corruption issue that's been around since before your last.
backup. Do you have an older backup?
It's possible that there is some code running behind the form that is
causing problems.
If you wish, zip up a copy of the database and send it to OCLV at
hotmail.com and I'll take a look at it.

I am using Access 2000 and have just received the error message (when trying
to open a form) "The field is too small to accept the amount of data you
attempted to add". I can not open my form but the table will open. How do I
solve this problem?
I tried using the repair office but this still did not work. I also got a
message "currently locked by another session on this machine". I also notice
and a pop up box at bottom of screen that read changing field data types but
it did not complete. It hung up about 75%. I tried using a backup but the
same thing happened. I even tried another computer but still did not work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
