Thanks for your response, John. I turns out, however, that my DAO was
not registered, 'see here'
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;319844). I'm
thinking that I got a new dao360.dll when I did a M$ Office Update.
Anyway, I'm back in business. Again, thank you for your input.
