What is the easiest way to dynamical create a DOC with Access DB d

We are looking to dynamically create a Word document using Data from a
Microsoft Access database. Though I understand that Access allows to export
data in a table format, we wish to use our own custom formatting for the
data, and we would like the word document to dynamically update every time we
load the file .e.g. every time you load the DOC file it will load all the
appropriate information from the access database MDB.
