Time data type

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hello !
What do I have to do in order to store and short time with the following
form :
Hour (optional) : Minutes : Seconds . Milliseconds
The reason is because I want to store, sort data (time) and extract results
for swimmers (I'm member of a small swimming club).
Any help will be appreciated .
