This isn't enough information to be very helpful. At one point you say
"transfer a query", at another "run the same report". You say "missing
certain information" without any hint as to what is missing.

So: what are you doing?

What is happening differently on the two computers?

Does the query (or report) work differently on the two computers if you
don't export it to RTF?

Is there any difference between the two computers in terms of version
and service packs of Windows, Offce and Jet? Do they have the same fonts
and printer drivers installed? Is the report set to use the same printer
driver on both machines?
