Theo: I've had several "weird" problems with Access and
have learned that often a database can become "broken"
and "repair and compact" under Tools does not fix it.
I've had to create a new db and import all tables,
queries, forms, reports, macros and modules. Similarly, a
compile error in any module can have far reaching effects.
Press Cntl-G to get to Visual Basic, Debug, and then
compile database. Any compile errors will show up here.
If that doesn't work, re-create the db. Good luck
