Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry
The package wizard makes it VERY hard to upgrade an existing install. You
can create a new install, and thus you not be asked to remove the old one.
However, a better way is to not use the package wizard for additional
updates. I give some ideas here:
