Need help in Package Wizard

Hi,

I was using the Package Wizard to distribute my application. How do i create
the folder i want to put in, like "C:\<foldername>" as mine was not able to
install into root drive like "C:" or any other root drives. I have the only
choice of Program Files, Common files, user's My Document.
