The "Runtime" is a special installation of Microsoft Access that has design
abilities stripped out. So when you "distribute the runtime" to facilitate
a user without Access running your application you are in affect installing
Microsoft Access on his system so he can run your MDB or MDE file.
This process does not alter your MDB/MDE file one iota. It is exactly the
same file as is used by someone that already has a licensed version of
Access.
